Incoming Quality Control (IQC) for Raw Materials
As the first checkpoint, all PCB base materials and electronic components (resistors, capacitors, chips, etc.) are tested one-by-one via professional equipment (dimensional accuracy, material purity, electrical performance included) to ensure 100% compliance with industry standards and eliminate raw material defects.
PCBA Post-SMT QC (IPQC)
In the second phase, AOI equipment scans each soldered PCBA one-by-one to detect cold joints, missing joints, wrong components, and offsets. Key solder joints are rechecked manually to guarantee soldering quality and circuit connectivity.
Finished Product Full-Function QC (FQC)
As the final pre-delivery check, QC staff test each assembled product one-by-one (power-on, signal transmission, interface compatibility, appearance). Actual scenarios verify stability, ensuring no functional faults or defects.
