15-Day Return Window We accept return requests within 15 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described.

Eligible for Refund:

  • Items received damaged or defective
  • Items that are significantly different from the product description
  • Items that were never delivered (confirmed by tracking)

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items returned after 15 days of delivery

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Email us at sayasolutions81@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue
  2. We will review your request within 2–3 business days
  3. If approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

No Return Shipping Required For defective or damaged items under $10, we offer a full refund without requiring you to return the item.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please request a refund and place a new order.
